Prizes & Prize Restrictions: Two (2) Grand Prizes (each a “Prize”, collectively the “Prizes”) are available to be awarded in total, with one (1) Grand Prize awarded as follows:
• One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from Region 1 (Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas); and
• One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from Region 2 (Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah).
Each winner will receive one (1) Janus Halcyon® 250 *Motorcycle (“Motorcycle”), one (1) Cayman Jack® branded Sling bag (without add-ons), and one (1) one-thousand-dollar ($1,000) check from Sponsor/Administrator made payable to said winner that may be used for any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as but not limited to purchase a helmet, registration, title or insurance. Motorcycle will be delivered to a winner’s residence in the applicable region. TO LAWFULLY OPERATE THE MOTORCYLCE, IT IS ANY WINNER’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY, AT THEIR SOLE EXPENSE, TO ADHERE TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS RELATIVE TO THE USE OF A MOTORCYLCE TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEARING A HELMET, TITLE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE, LICENSE, AS APPLICABLE.
Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $10,415.00. Total Approximate Retail Value of all Grand Prizes is $20,830.00.
