GRAND PRIZES: Each of four (4) Grand Prize winners (each, a “Grand Prize Winner”) will, subject to these
Official Rules, receive one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of up to a four (4) day, three (3) night ski trip for
Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Breckenridge, CO. The Grand Prize will include
(i) two (2) day ski passes to a Vail located ski resort for Grand Prize Winner and Guests; (ii) round trip coach
class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport near Grand
Prize Winner’s home (as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion) to Denver International
Airport; (iii) three (3) nights standard 2 bedroom resort condo accommodation (two bedroom, double
occupancy each room, room and tax only); and (iv) one (1) $1,500 pre-paid gift card for transportation, food
and incidentals. Grand Prize Winner and Guests must be available to travel February 5, 2026 – February
8, 2026. Guests and Grand Prize Winner must travel on the same itinerary. Selection of hotel and airline
are at Administrator’s sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is
$8,550. ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules only.
